Full instructions can be found HERE. I will arrange a courier to collect the ashes directly from your address, making the process as simple as possible. Ashes should be packaged securely in a sealed container and placed inside a padded envelope or small box for protection during transit. I will provide all courier and delivery details.

For a single keepsake, approximately one tablespoon of ashes is usually sufficient. Any unused ashes will be carefully returned to you along with your finished keepsake.

Absolutely. I work with memorial ashes in a dedicated workspace reserved specifically for creating keepsakes. Each piece is handcrafted with care, patience, and respect. As part of my process, I light a candle and create a calm, peaceful environment while working, ensuring every keepsake is made with the dignity and attention it deserves.

I make memorial jewellery a priority and aim to begin work on your keepsake as soon as the ashes arrive. The creation process typically takes around one week. Please allow an additional week for courier transit to and from my workshop, so most orders are completed and returned within approximately two weeks.

Your keepsake begins with your choice of pendant or keyring. A colour palette is then selected from our chosen tone family, and a small amount of memorial ash is carefully blended with resin and artist-quality mica pigments. The mixture is hand-poured into the jewellery setting and left to cure. Once fully hardened, a fine protective top coat is applied to create a smooth, durable finish. For raw ash designs, no pigments are added, allowing the natural appearance of the ashes to remain visible within the piece.
